01Who we are

TL Studio (“we”, “us”) is a design and development studio founded in Singapore and based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

02What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to give us:

• your name and email address
• your phone number and company name, if you add them
• the services you’re interested in, your budget range and your message

When you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

03How we use it

We use your data only to:

• reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• prepare proposals and, if we work together, deliver the project and handle invoicing
• keep the site secure and working

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

04Why we are allowed to

By sending the form or emailing us, you consent to us using your details to respond. Handling your enquiry is also a step you ask us to take before a possible contract, and keeping the site secure is in our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

05Who we share it with

We share data only with the services we need to run the site and reply to you:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards email sent to our address.
• Formspree receives contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Google hosts the inbox where we read and answer your messages.

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

06International transfers

Our providers operate servers in several countries, including the United States, so your data may be processed outside Vietnam, Singapore or your own country. Where required, these transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual protections.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, so we have context if you come back to us. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires. Hosting providers keep technical logs only for a short period.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it
• stop using your data, or withdraw your consent

Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

09Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to our inbox and accounts is limited to the team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Please also see our Cookies Policy.
